1 medium cucumber
1 medium carrot
10 mint leaves
1 kale leaf
1/2 cup raisins
1 piece of ginger
How to prepare:
Add the cucumber in a blender, which will give the required amount of water, and fibers.
Then add the carrot, because it is rich in fiber, has beta carotene, helps protect our skin, helping to prevent various types of cancer including skin cancer.
Then add the apple as it will not only gives a nice flavour, as it is also rich in antioxidants with lots fiber too.
To further enrich the juice with magnesium and calcium, important for our body to function well, we will add the mint.
Add the kale leaf which is also rich in magnesium and fiber, and to give a sweet taste to the juice add the raisins that are rich in fiber and magnesium.
At the end add a very special ingredient: ginger. It is known to be an antioxidant which helps speed up your metabolism helping you to lose weight, ideal for those who will practice exercises.
