This recipe is merely based in leftovers, those that we find so many times in the fridge and don't know what to do with them. So, here are some tips, and feel free to use any other ingredients according to what you have left.
1 cup of rice
1 small onion thickly sliced
1 tbsp curry
I used carrots,peas,chicken(already cooked),shrimp,hot dogs
Heat the olive oil and the onion in a frying pan for five minutes, add the curry and stir occasionally. Add the shrimp, the carrots (I chopped them in small pieces)and the peas. Mix in the rice and let it fry until it gains color, add 1 cup of boiling water and some salt. Add the chicken and the hot dogs at the end. Keep on pouring water and cook it on medium heat. When it's done just add some minced parsley.
